Welcome to our Gamification Platform (“the Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definition

• “We”: [QGami], the entity that owns and operates the Platform.
• “Users”: Individuals or organizations accessing or using the Platform.
• “Services”: Including the website, mini-games, APIs, SDKs, administration system, and related features.
• “Content”: Including data, text, images, audio, game configurations, and other resources.

2. Terms of Use

Users commit to:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Not using the Platform for illegal purposes
• Not interfering with, attacking, or reverse-engineering the system
• Not cheating on scores or game results
• Not exploiting security vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate accounts if violations are detected.

3. Account and Security

Users are responsible for:

• Securing login information
• Managing access tokens
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access

We are not responsible for damages arising from users disclosing login information.

4. Mini-Games and Gameplay Mechanism

4.1. General Rules

• Each game has its own clearly published rules.
• Results are recorded based on system data.
• The system's decision is final in case of technical disputes.

4.2. Anti-Fraud

We reserve the right to:

• Analyze unusual behavior
• Cancel fraudulent game results
• Refuse to award prizes if fraud is detected
• Block IP addresses or accounts

5. API and SDK (For Integration Partners)

If you integrate our API or SDK:

• Do not modify the SDK without authorization
• Do not forge requests or tokens
• Do not exceed the rate limit
• Keep the API key (if any) secure

We reserve the right to revoke access if abuse is detected.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All of:

• Source code
• Game engine
• Graphic design
• Images
• Game configuration
• Website content are our property or are legally licensed to us.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit these without written consent.

7. User-Provided Content

If a user uploads content (avatar, information, images):

• The user guarantees they have the right to use that content.
• It does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
• It does not contain content that violates the law.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee 100% continuous system operation.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or revenue loss.
• Total liability (if any) shall not exceed the paid service fee (if any).

9. Suspension or Termination of Service

We may:

• Suspend for maintenance.
• Discontinue providing part or all of the service.
• Terminate accounts that violate the terms.

10. Security and Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update the Terms at any time.

The new version will be posted on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.

Continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This clause is governed by the laws of Vietnam (or the corresponding country).

Any disputes arising will be:

1. Prioritized by negotiation
2. If no agreement is reached, resolved in a competent court
