QGami provides games online and will process your personal information when you play our games. If you have any questions about our data practices, your rights or have any concerns or complaints, you can contact us at hello@qgami.com, or send a letter to the address provided in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information we collect

We do not collect personal information that directly identifies you in our games, such as your email address. Our games do not support login through social media platforms. Instead, we use Device Identifiers to assign a unique player ID, which we use to create an internal user ID on our servers. All game-related data and logic are linked to this internal user ID.

If you make a purchase, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by the store, who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

How we use your personal information

We use your Information to provide and support our games, analyze usage, and improve our services. If you contact us, we will also use your information to respond to your inquiries or support requests.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your email address solely for the purpose of sending you updates and news related to our games. Newsletter registration follows an opt-in process, and you can opt out at any time—either from individual games or from all communications—using the unsubscribe links provided. If we change newsletter service providers, we will ensure that these mechanisms remain in place.

Who we share your personal information with

We rely on third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including support services, such as game servers, support ticketing and game analytics. We also work with certain advertising partners to show you ads. Additionally, we share your Information within our team and as required by law.

You may have rights to access, receive a copy of, or delete, your Information or restrict processing of your Information, and you also have the right to object to our use of your Information for certain purposes, including tailored marketing and advertising.

Introduction

This privacy policy (“Policy”) informs you of your choices and our practices in relation to your Information (as defined below). In this Policy, “QGami”, “we” or “us” refers to QGami Studio, a small indie team. We choose why we need to use your Information and how it is used, which means we are considered the data controller in certain countries. For the purpose of this Policy, “Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes Information relating to your use of our mobile games (the “Games”). When you use the Games, you accept our rules and policies which set out how we handle your Information, and you understand we collect, process, use and store your Information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not play any of the Games. If you change your mind in the future, you must stop playing the Games and you may exercise your rights in relation to your Information as set out in this Policy.

1. Personal information we collect

We are committed to respecting players' privacy. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—such as your real name, home address, phone number, or personal email address—unless you voluntarily provide that information to our support team.

However, to ensure the game operates correctly, we do collect the following technical information:

Device Identifiers

To manage game progress in Guest Mode, save local configurations, prevent fraud, and enhance security, the application generates or accesses a device identifier:

• On iOS: We use the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) provided by iOS. This identifier is encrypted and securely stored in the iOS Keychain to facilitate the recovery of game progress upon reinstallation.
• On Android: We use the Android ID (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID).

Fallback Mechanism: If the aforementioned identifiers cannot be retrieved, the system automatically generates a unique random string (UUID) and stores it locally on your device.

2. How we use your personal information

The aforementioned device identification information is used solely for the following technical purposes:

• App Functionality: Maintaining Guest accounts, and storing and synchronizing game progress (local and cloud saves via Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services).
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting unauthorized tampering with game data and protecting user accounts.
• Cloud Sync: When you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your game progress data is synchronized to the corresponding cloud account in accordance with Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

3. Data Storage, Security & Sharing

• No Cross-App Tracking for Advertising: We do NOT use device identifiers to track users across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising purposes.
• No Data Sale/Sharing: Device identifiers are securely stored, are not linked to personal information, and are neither sold nor shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

Storage mechanisms:

• On iOS: Identity data is protected within the iOS Keychain.
• On Android: Data is managed according to the operating system's distinct application permission mechanism (App Sandbox).

4. How long we store your Information

Your Information is kept for as long as you are registered or using our games. When deleting Information, we will take measures to make the Information irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files which contain Information will be deleted permanently.

5. Your rights

We fully respect players' control over their data:

Data & Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all progress data at any time directly within the game's Settings.

Deletion Process: When you confirm "Delete Account":

• All locally stored data (Local Progress) and identifiers in the Keychain/Storage will be removed.
• Cloud-stored data (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games Snapshots) will be permanently deleted or completely overwritten.
• An Internet connection is required to ensure the cloud data deletion request is fully executed.
• Upon successful deletion, the app will revert to a brand-new Guest account state.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate system-level gaming services:

• Apple Game Services / Game Center: Managed by Apple Inc. Apple Privacy Policy
• Google Play Games Services: Managed by Google LLC Google Privacy Policy

These services manage login information at the operating system level. Logging out or switching Game Center / Google Play Games accounts must be done within the device's System Settings.
